Writing is a process made up of many parts — from language mechanics and word flow techniques to organizational formatting and editing style — all of which cumulatively work together to turn what was once an envisioned concept into final design.
But at the core of any form of art is our inspired creativity. Just as the painter with her brushstroke and the musician with his melody, a writer too must connect with that place within from where all creativity originates so that the art of words may flow forth from pen to page.
Thus it is imperative that we, as the sacred holders of our craft, not allow any part of ourselves to detract from this.
For without creative light, art is not art — and what meaning would words have then?
